0.4.28: Stable, in capitals

We have released a new version of Cherokee. So far, this is the best version of the server ever!!

We made big advances in this release, that is why this version got the name "Stable, in capitals". Well, to say the truth, I thought about naming it like a funny spanish sentence translated to english, but Johan adviced me it wasn't funny in english. :-)
