ACL support for GNOME-VFS

I have been working for a while on a bug that is 4 years old (#62835 GNOME-VFS: Add ACL support). The patch is now attached to the bug waiting to be reviewed.

It adds ACL support to GNOME-VFS. Basically, it implements a new class to manage the ACL stuff, adding support for it in the file information class. At the moment, the file backend is the only one which supports these new operations, but.. hey, it's a good start at closing a bug that has been around for so long. :-)

If this patch gets the go-ahead, I will add Nautilus support as soon as Calum has designed a UI for it.
